OUR POLICIES

JUNIOR PROGRAM POLICIES

    • Monthly payment is due at the beginning of each month
    • Pro-rated pricing is available depending on start date and availability
    • Must sign up for specific days
    • Automatic re-registration unless notified by email prior to the end of the month
    • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

Cancellations

      • Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on junior program classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current
      • Credits are only issued for classes cancelled due to inclement weather
      • If you need to cancel a court reservation or class, you MUST call the appropriate pro shop.  Cancellations cannot be made online

 

ADULT PROGRAM POLICIES

  • If you are not sure what level/class you should be in, contact our Director of Adults, Coach Daneric @ danerich@agapetennisacademy.com.
  • Before you move up to a higher level class, you must confirm by contacting our Director of Adults, Coach Daneric @ danerich@agapetennisacademy.com.
  • If you are not in the correct class, the coach will ask you to leave that class and direct you to the proper class level.
  • Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
  • Online registration closes at midnight prior to morning classes & two hours prior for afternoon classes
  • There is a waiting list for adult drills if we have a last minute cancellation
  • If a class is full, cancellations within 24 hours will still be charged (unless someone can be added from the waitlist)
  • Classes must have a minimum of 4 students by close of registration or individual class will be cancelled
  • Payment is required at time of registration
  • Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of students has been met
  • Account credits will be issued for weather-related cancellations
  • Pro Shop will email cancellations and updates on adult program classes

  • All account credits must be applied by our office staff. They cannot be applied by the client when registering online.
  • Some classes might be subject to change during ALTA/USTA seasons

HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM POLICIES

  • Must specify which days your child is attending
  • HPP Classes are on rain or shine
  • Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated

CAMP AND SPECIAL EVENTS POLICIES

  • Must have 4 campers to hold the camp. If camp is cancelled due to low numbers, an email notification will be sent by 5pm the evening before camp
  • Agape Jr Summer Camps are held rain or shine.
