Speed, Agility, Strength, Power, Balance, Flexibility, and Cardio mixed into
tennis-fitness classes
For Adult and Junior Players AGES 7 AND UP, All Fitness Levels
GROUP: 1HR – $18 30min – $9
PRIVATE: 1HR – $60 30min – $30

EARLY RISERS BOOTCAMP
These classes are designed for players who are looking to start their day off on the right foot by improving their tennis game and overall level of fitness. Players will participate in upbeat tennis and fitness drills with fun and upbeat music!
Schedule:
Tuesdays | 7:00 – 8:00 A.M. |
Thursdays | 7:00 – 8:00 A.M. |

TENNIS FITNESS JUNIORS
These classes are designed for junior tennis players who desire to increase their fitness in order to improve their tennis game. Players will undergo tennis and fitness drills designed to rapidly improve quickness, develop footwork, and increase balance, coordination, and flexibility. These classes will help players reach their highest level of potential.
Schedule:
Tuesdays: | 7:30 – 8:30 P.M. |
Thursdays: | 7:30 – 8:30 P.M. |

ALTA & USTA TEAM WARM UPS
All ALTA & USTA Team levels welcome!
Complete warm ups are offered for ALTA and USTA players. Build your confidence physically and mentally before you compete!

- Sign up online at www.agapetennisacademy.com to guarantee spot
- Online registration closes at midnight prior for morning classes & two hours prior for afternoon classes
- Payment is required at time of registration
- Drop-ins for classes will be allowed if minimum number of students has been met
- Pro Shop will email cancellations and updates
