High Performance, Performance and Quick Start Levels
HIGH PERFORMANCE ACADEMY
High Performance I and II improves students’ ball recognition, footwork patterns, and angles to the ball. We work hard to improve ball control and develop a well-rounded game while also understanding the unique identity of each player, which helps to improve shot selection. Additionally, physical, mental, and emotional components are developed to create complete players.
