This is a 1-hour fitness class for juniors who are ready to take their tennis to the next level. This is strictly fitness on the tennis court for 1 hour with Coach Nela.
Coach Nela has a degree in Exercise Science along with extensive fitness and nutrition background. She has worked for the University of North Georgia, as a student strength and conditioning coach, coaching college athletes from a variety of sports. While doing this, she has received education in cardio conditioning, group fitness, exercise prescription, and cardio tennis. She is also a fitness contractor for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s wellness organization. On top of being a former college athlete, Nela has experience creating sport-specific training and is excited to take our junior athletes to the next level!
